Capabilities · Packaging
Packaging that performs.
“Packaging is the first physical interaction a customer has with your product. We treat it with the same discipline as the formulation inside.”
At Asiatek, packaging is not a last step. It is a capability in its own right. Our packaging team works alongside formulation and production from the beginning of every project, ensuring that bottle selection, closure type, fill compatibility, label specification, and dispatch formats are confirmed before manufacturing begins.
Whether you supply your own packaging or source through our network, we manage the complete specification process: fill volumes, headspace, torque settings, label dimensions, batch coding, carton configuration, and export packaging formats. Nothing leaves without being confirmed against the agreed specification.

Traceability
Every bottle. Every batch. Every detail traceable.
Every product that leaves Asiatek carries a unique batch code applied by our in-house batch coding machine. This code links the finished product back to the exact production batch, the raw materials used, the in-process quality check records, and the Certificate of Analysis for that run.
Batch coding is not a compliance box-tick. It is the foundation of our traceability system. If a question arises about any product in the field, the batch code provides a complete, documented path back through every stage of its manufacturing history.
