Two production lines. One standard of accountability.
Every product moves through a fixed sequence of documented stations: thirteen on the non-aerosol line, fifteen on the aerosol line. Each line runs in the same order, with the same documentation at every gate, from raw material inspection through blending, filling, labelling and batch coding to final dispatch. Nothing skips a step, and nothing leaves the building without a record of exactly how it got there.
