From raw material to dispatch. Documented at every stage.
“We're not asking you to trust a claim. We're showing you a process.”
Every product manufactured at Asiatek moves through a 15-stage controlled process: from raw material verification through mixing, quality checks, filling, packing and dispatch. Each stage has defined acceptance criteria. A batch cannot move forward until the previous stage has been signed off.
This is what makes batch-to-batch consistency possible at scale. It is also what makes our documentation trail meaningful: every Certificate of Analysis is backed by the records of every stage that batch passed through.

The Process
Fifteen stages. Six quality gates. Zero shortcuts.
Phase 1 · Materials
Raw Material Receipt
Incoming materials logged and staged on arrival.
Quality Gate
Verification & Approval
Checked against specification before release to production.
Controlled Storage
Approved materials held in controlled inventory with full lot traceability.
Phase 2 · Production
Batch Weighing
Exact quantities weighed on calibrated equipment per formulation record.
Mixing & Blending
Controlled speed, temperature and ingredient sequence, documented per batch.
Quality Gate
In-Process QC
pH, viscosity and appearance verified during the blend.
Phase 3 · Quality
Quality Gate
Lab Testing
Physical, chemical and performance testing against the original specification.
Adjustment & Retest
When required: any out-of-spec parameter corrected and the batch retested in full.
Quality Gate
Batch Approval
QC sign-off releases the batch to filling. Nothing moves without it.
Phase 4 · Packing
Filling
Servo, hopper or pneumatic lines depending on product format and viscosity.
Capping & Sealing
Closures and wad seals applied, torque confirmed against specification.
Labelling & Batch Coding
Labels verified for placement. Every unit stamped with its batch code.
Quality Gate
Packing QC
Fill level, seal integrity and label accuracy checked before cartoning.
Phase 5 · Dispatch
Carton Packing
Units cartoned, shrink-wrapped and prepared to the agreed configuration.
Quality Gate
Final Inspection & COA
Finished goods inspected and the Certificate of Analysis issued.
Dispatch
Batch records travel with the physical product to your dock.
Why a documented process matters to your brand.
Consistency
The product your customer buys in month 12 performs identically to the one they bought in month 1.
Accountability
When every stage is signed off, there is no ambiguity about where a deviation occurred.
Audit-Ready
OEM procurement teams can trace any batch through every stage: the records already exist.
