Sustainability is a formulation problem, not a label.
We treat sustainability as a formulation constraint, not a marketing checkbox added after.
Where this comes from
“Sustainability built into manufacturing, not bolted onto marketing.”
Asiatek is committed to environmental sustainability across our manufacturing process. That commitment shows up in concrete places: the formulations we develop, the raw materials we source, the water and resource discipline inside our facility, and the toxic-load reduction our products represent compared to older-generation car care chemistry.
We source active ingredients from top-tier global chemistry companies including BASF: benchmark raw materials that define the standard for formulation quality and safety, used in every product line, not reserved for premium tiers alone.

Eco & safety positioning
Seven commitments that define how we make products.
No hard chemicals
Our formulations avoid harsh solvents and aggressive chemical loads wherever performance allows. Safe chemistry is the starting point, not an afterthought added at the end of a formulation brief.
Safe for all users
Eco-friendly means safe across the board: safe for the professional applying the product in a workshop, safe for the end consumer, and safe for the surfaces it contacts.
BASF-grade input chemicals
We source active ingredients from top-tier global chemistry companies including BASF. Benchmark raw materials go into every formulation we produce, not just the premium product lines.
No harm to automotive or human health
Formulations are validated against real substrates (paint, glass, leather, alloy, fabric) to ensure no surface degradation, no harmful residue, and no toxicity risk under normal use conditions.
Strict environmental manufacturing practices
Inside the facility: controlled raw material handling, batch-level waste minimisation in blending and filling, and a continuous-improvement approach to reducing our operational footprint at every stage.
Strict employee safety protocols
Chemical handling, PPE compliance, and safe working procedures are non-negotiable. Internal safety is the other half of our environmental commitment: not a separate policy, but the same discipline.
Water & resource discipline
Water use is measured and minimised at the blending and filling stages, not left to run unchecked. Less water drawn, less contaminated runoff generated: the same discipline we apply to chemical inputs, applied to resource use.
For brand and OEM partners
“Sustainability is no longer a ‘nice to have’ in supplier qualification.”
OEM and enterprise procurement teams increasingly expect environmental responsibility, waste handling practice and continuous improvement to be a documented part of a supplier’s quality story, not an afterthought raised only when asked. Manufacturing your product with Asiatek means that conversation already has a starting point, supported by a formulation approach that treats sustainability as a real design constraint, and raw material sourcing that already starts from best-in-class inputs.
Sustainability in practice
What responsible manufacturing looks like at Asiatek.
Eco-Conscious Manufacturing
Environmental responsibility is built into how we run the facility, from raw material receipt to dispatch. It's a design constraint, not a separate reporting function.
Sustainable Packaging
Packaging decisions account for material footprint alongside branding requirements, reducing over-packaging where it doesn't add product value or shelf impact.
Water-Based Technologies
Water-based formulations reduce VOC load and improve safety profiles for users without sacrificing the performance benchmarks that OEM procurement teams expect.
Reduced VOC
Solvent and VOC reduction is an active formulation target, particularly relevant for aerosol and spray products intended for use in enclosed spaces such as vehicle cabins.
Responsible Sourcing Practices
From raw material selection to finished goods dispatch, responsible practice means the same standard applied at every stage, not selective compliance depending on what's being audited.
Continuous Improvement
Environmental performance is reviewed and improved on an ongoing basis, not benchmarked once and reported annually.
